To earnestly implement the work arrangements of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Government and fully advance the orderly development of the annual energy construction tasks, the Qinghai Provincial Energy Bureau has closely focused on the annual key construction project goals and tasks, strengthened overall scheduling, and organized precise implementation to ensure the solid progress of the resumption of work and production.

At present, all the key power grid and thermal power projects in the province have fully entered the stage of resuming work and production. Since mid-March, 12 key power transmission and transformation projects such as Songrugou and Dongtai have resumed work, and the ongoing coal-fired power projects including the No.3 unit of Qiaotou Project and the first phase of Huadian Golmud Project have all resumed work in an all-round way, with all construction tasks advancing steadily as planned. In the first quarter, it is estimated that 55 projects in the power grid and thermal power sector will start or resume work, with an expected investment completion of 1.72 billion yuan. Adhering to a goal-oriented approach, the Qinghai Provincial Energy Bureau has provided proactive services and taken initiative actions, guiding the State Grid Qinghai Electric Power Company to clarify the phased goals and resource input item by item in accordance with the annual construction plan, and making overall arrangements for the guarantee of such essential factors as personnel, machinery and materials. In the promotion process, the bureau has established and improved a daily coordination and weekly scheduling working mechanism to dynamically grasp the resumption progress and existing difficulties of each project, and urge the construction units to scientifically optimize the construction organization and reasonably arrange the construction period. Meanwhile, focusing on the key lines and important nodes, it has strictly implemented the resumption conditions and standardized the resumption procedures, providing a strong guarantee for the steady resumption and accelerated construction of the projects.
