On the 7th of this month, our company appointed capable personnel to Heze Fuhai Energy Development Co., Ltd. to carry out steam turbine unit overhaul service for the energy management project of the 20MW steam turbine unit flow structure technical transformation and efficiency improvement contract.

This project was fully invested and implemented in July 2018, with a total investment of 7.5 million yuan. After the technical transformation of the project was implemented, under the same operating conditions, the energy-saving efficiency improvement ratio reached 11.32%, the energy-saving power reached 1800kw/h, and the annual energy-saving efficiency reached more than 7 million yuan. Since the project operation for three years, the customer has complied with the promise and paid our energy-saving and sharing benefits in a timely manner in accordance with the proportion agreed in the contract. The direct economic and social benefits of both parties' projects are very considerable. At the same time, during the contract period, our company is responsible for the maintenance, overhaul, maintenance and maintenance of the unit free of charge.

The planned construction period of this overhaul is 26 days. Our company’s personnel and the owner’s supporting personnel will actively cooperate, strictly follow the steam turbine unit maintenance procedures, conduct comprehensive inspections, maintenance and maintenance of the turbine body and auxiliary machine system, and replace condenser heat exchange pipes, etc. Ensure that the steam turbine unit can operate safely, stably and efficiently after maintenance.
