Recently, the energy-saving transformation EPC project of our company's top 500 Chinese enterprises - Hangzhou Jinjiang Group Sanmenxia Cayman (Shaan County) Energy Comprehensive Utilization Co., Ltd., 7.5MW high backpressure turbine unit energy-saving transformation has been successfully passed the project acceptance. This project targets the owner's original 7.5MW high backpressure steam turbine generator set, model: B7.5-8.83/6.5∥535. Our company has carried out energy-saving transformation and efficiency improvement on it. Since the original unit was shut down on June 1, 2021, all projects were completed on July 5, the project was normally started and connected to the grid to produce electricity. All indicators and parameters were normal and stable, and it took a total of 35 days to meet the contract requirements.

After 168 hours of aging operation, under the joint witness of both partners, the actual operation of the unit was 0.2MPa lower than the original working conditions before the transformation and the exhaust pressure was about 0.2MPa higher than the original working conditions, the average steam consumption value after inspection was still lower than that of the original unit by 34.509kg/kw.h, and the energy-saving and efficiency improvement ratio was still 40.87%, far exceeding the 30% energy-saving and efficiency improvement indicator agreed in the contract.

Based on this calculation, the energy-saving electricity is expected to reach 3552kw/h, and the annual operation is 8,000 hours, and the electricity price is 0.5 yuan/kw.h. The annual energy-saving economic benefits are no less than 14.208 million yuan. The energy-saving and social benefits of the project are both very significant.

During the construction of the project, the high temperature in midsummer was in full swing, and received strong support from the owners' company and cooperative brothers.
