Give full play to the demonstration and leading role of central energy enterprises, the State Grid Headquarters took the lead and fully utilized green electricity by participating in green electricity transactions, becoming the first central enterprise with fully green electricity at its headquarters. It has played a positive role in establishing the brand image of central enterprises in green development, promoting the whole society to improve the awareness of green electricity consumption, and guiding the green and low-carbon transformation of energy consumption.

First, actively and steadily promote the construction of the green electricity market. Since the launch of the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration's green electricity trading pilot, State Grid has continued to increase its efforts, actively guided the majority of market entities to participate in green electricity trading, and promoted the continuous expansion of the scale of green electricity trading. As of November 13, the Beijing Electric Power Trading Center organized 291 green electricity transactions, with a transaction volume of 20.415 billion kilowatt-hours. A total of 5,383 power generation companies and 2,749 power users participated in the green electricity transaction. At the same time, more than 40 reports on green electricity transactions have been reported through more than 20 media, more than 30 channels and columns such as CCTV and People's Daily, and widely carried out publicity and promotion, forming a good public opinion atmosphere and communication and promotion effect.

The second is to provide new channels for users to purchase green certificates. With the approval of the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration, the Beijing Electric Power Trading Center officially opened the green power certificate trading market on September 16. As of November 13, a total of 113 bilateral transactions were reached and 779,200 green certificates were traded. It has effectively promoted the coordinated development of green electricity and green certificates, driven by two wheels, and flew with both wings. It fully reflects the power and environmental value of green electricity through the market mechanism, providing enterprises with a more flexible channel for consuming green electricity.

The third is to give full play to the demonstration and leading role of energy central enterprises. By participating in the green power transaction, the State Grid Headquarters reached a transaction volume of 12 million kilowatt-hours with Shanxi photovoltaic power generation enterprises, achieving 100% use of green power in the second half of the year, becoming the first central enterprise to use all green power at the headquarters. It has played a positive role in establishing the brand image of central enterprises in green development, promoting the whole society to improve the awareness of green power consumption, guiding the green and low-carbon transformation of energy consumption, and helping to achieve the "dual carbon" goal.

Fourth, promote the construction of domestic and international standards and patent systems. Recently, State Grid has made new breakthroughs in creating a "Chinese solution" to promote green power consumption with domestic and international influence. Internationally, two international standards proposals, "Blockchain-based Green Power Consumption Information Traceability Reference Architecture" submitted to the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and "Green Power Acquisition for Interconnected Power Systems - International General Guidelines" submitted to the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) were officially approved; at home, four energy industry standards, including "Electric Blockchain Green Power Transaction" submitted to the National Energy Administration, were approved and approved. Up to now, a total of 3 international standards and 4 industry standards have been successfully established in the field of green electricity, and a "combination punch" of standard system construction has been launched, which will effectively promote the construction of an orderly and efficient greenElectricity MarketSystem, guide the healthy development of the green electricity and green certificate market.

In the next step, State Grid will give full play to the role of a hub platform for optimizing the allocation of energy resources, provide convenient and feasible ways for power users to purchase green power, effectively meet users' green power consumption needs, and expand the scale of green power transactions. Give full play to the demonstration and leading role of central energy enterprises, promote the use of green electricity at a high proportion of their affiliated units, encourage the full use of green electricity, formulate plans, and take active measures to promote the gradual realization of full use of green electricity for production and office electricity.
