1+16+X” public service platform is launched

This is the latest information displayed on the "Anhui Province Small and Medium Enterprises Public Service Platform" network on April 2. On March 1 this year, the provincial "1+16+X" small and medium-sized enterprise public service platform network built by the Provincial Department of Economic and Information Technology was officially launched. The platform network is divided into five major sectors: service navigation, column services, service activities, demand docking, and service typical services, which can provide information, entrepreneurship, technology, training, financing and other inclusive services for small and medium-sized enterprises across the province. After logging in and registering, small and medium-sized enterprises can find the service items or related service activities they need.

Zhang Liming, deputy director of the Small and Medium Enterprises Bureau of the Provincial Department of Economic and Information Technology, introduced that the "1" in "1+16+X" refers to the provincial hub platform; "16" refers to 16 municipal comprehensive window service platforms; "X" refers to the provincial and above public service demonstration platform for small and medium-sized enterprises that are located in the platform network, and new business formats and new models that meet the needs of the "five major manufacturing", mainly market-oriented services and are characterized by "Internet +".

The service system of small and medium-sized enterprises is an important foundation for entrepreneurial entities, an important support for promoting innovation, and an indispensable and important force in promoting the high-quality development of small and medium-sized enterprises. In particular, Chapter 7 requires local people's governments at or above the county level to establish and improve public service institutions for small and medium-sized enterprises and provide public welfare services for small and medium-sized enterprises, further emphasizing the role of the government in building a service system.

For example, Chizhou City provides strong support for the construction of municipal comprehensive service platforms and provides subsidies according to the operational situation every year; Ma'anshan City further improves the subsidy methods for social services for small and medium-sized enterprises, and provides subsidies for qualified small and medium-sized enterprises to purchase social services.
