No new land area, factory buildings and hardware facilities will be added, and the foundation in the original factory building of the original backpressure steam turbine generator set will be renovated and used; no new steam consumption will be added in this project, which will be consistent with the operating conditions of the original backpressure steam turbine generator set; no new pollution and noise impact will be added in this project; only effective reduction of operating steam consumption value can be achieved through efficient performance, resulting in energy-saving and economic benefits.
