Recently, our company signed a technical support service project for the variable working conditions transformation of Beijing Zhongzhi Energy-saving 9MW condensing and steam turbine unit. The unit was shut down on the evening of April 5, 2022 and was cooled to be demolished for renovation and implementation, ensuring that the project construction can be completed before May 10, start the machine normally, and be connected to the grid to produce electricity.
In this project, the actual flow of the main steam is greater than the designed flow during the long-term operation of the owner unit, which makes it impossible to inject steam beyond the designed flow rate, and the actual flow of the replenished steam is less than the designed flow rate, resulting in the inability to reach the designed steam supplement volume of the unit. The unit has a variable working condition operation, which seriously affects the unit's operating efficiency and the waste of external discharge of medium-pressure steam. It is urgent to carry out flow transformation to match the actual operating conditions parameter requirements, and at the same time increase its capacity to 12MW of electric power to create direct energy-saving and economic benefits.
